Carrie Leggett is a special education teacher in the Forsyth County School system and is currently teaching students with intellectual disabilities. Carrie has a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources from the University of Georgia, a Master’s in Education from Georgia College and State University, and an Education Specialist’s degree from Valdosta State University. During the summer, she can often be found on Lake Lanier watching her children water ski. In the winter, she keeps busy traveling to her daughter’s dance competitions and watching her son wrestle. In her free time, which there’s not much of, she can be found working on one of her many hobbies including sewing, wood working, reading, crocheting, knitting, or drawing. In a perfect life, she would work at her hobbies full time and travel the world.
